"Well, they didn't have the meats. Apparently slicer was down so no roast beef. Had 2 fish sandwiches. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and welcoming."
"Went to Arby’s drive through today, when I arrived there were 2 cars in front of me and it was 12:01. After saying hello 5 times did someone acknowledge me. At 12:25 I walk to the window because the 2 cars in front of are still there also. I showed the lady my watch and said I only have a 30 minute lunch and it is now 12:25 I have been waiting for 25 minutes. When I got to the window the 2 ladies and a man looked at me and started laughing. Need less to say — I didn’t eat the food because I was afraid they had done something to the food. The worst Arby’s I have ever been too. For people at their age I would expect a different attitude, better people skills. This is very bad for your company, if these are the people selling your product, I feel bad for you. They lost my business today."
"I have never in my life been to an Arby's that slices their beef like brisket. Arby's is known for paper thin roast beef cooked to perfection. This is NOT what you get at this location."
"Think I got a bag that got left at the drive through.. neither sandwich was the beef and cheddar we ordered and what I think is a chicken sandwich was dry and cold. Fries were still good though."
