"Walked in all the tables were filthy no one cleaning them. I had to clean my own for my family to sit and eat. Order went smoothly the young man at the counter with glasses was very helpful. Other than that the pizza came out it tasted good was a little bit greasy, and for some reason it was really hard for me to ask for plates everyone was busy talking amongst themselves in the back away from customers. They were making food but couldn’t hear me saying excuse me. I will not eat here again."

"Some of the best pizza I've eaten in my life. The crust was crunchy and golden, the cheese was perfectly crisped up to the edge, and has amazing flavor. We bought a party pack for our business and fed about 10 people with it, several of them had never tried Jets before and were proclaiming this was the best pizza they've ever had. Don't sleep on Jet's, its amazing."

"Ordered online and was encouraged to order through text to get 15% off. So i did. And they sent the wrong order. Which is fine. Mistakes happen. But i then called to inquire about and was told that my order was not what they had on their screen, even though i paid an extra 10$ dollars for the pizza i had originally ordered. I'm sure that was a mistake through their text service. But while on the phone i has to explain over and over the issue, offering to show screen shots of my order and what i paid, i was finally given to a manager who told me they didn't have any record of what i had been charged for my pizza - which makes absolutely no sense , and was then told they could remake it but it would be about an hour delivery time and i said that was fine to which she said actually it's two hours and i can't add another order to my drivers, to which i said okay then can you just refund me the order? And i was told they would not refund the order but that they would credit the account. I honestly don't want to order through this company again after having such a hassle just to receive what i paid for, and again was told they would not give me a refund. To which i asked so you won't remake the pizza or refund my order, and then was finally given an actual solution to pick it up, but honestly the attitude i received about just trying to get what i paid for has put such a sour taste in my mouth. Terrible management. Terrible service for ordering, terrible employees. If i ever get the correct pizza i guess I'll see if the food is actually decent or not. Don't know how this place is at a 4.6 star after this experience."
