"I ordered a 2-topping pizza. There's hardly any pizza sauce on my pizza. It was dry and disgusting! Also I didn't order a 2 litre soda and I didn't get any ranch."
"I called to place my order to pick up and Thelma answered who proceeded to let me know very clearly through her tone and exasperated sighs that I was inconveniencing her by placing my order. Every question I asked received snarky replies as well. I love Gatti's Pizza but if this is the person they allow to be the face of this location, I'll not be returning."

The system said the store was closed until tomorrow morning despite closing at 10pm (and why are pizzaplaces in busy areas closing so early now>). $100+ order plus tip is now going to someone else because the store can't manage itself. The cycle doesn't get better when a store cuts back on things like staff and delivery... Pick up your game or Dominos will put you out of business quickly."
