"Where does slice/Milanos get their business smarts?They canceled my pizza order after 28 minutes, 32 minutes before delivery. I got a sorry, not sorry saying you won't be charged and it will be two days before you get your money back. I was very, very hungry and it was then too late to order elsewhere. I had to check this charge hit my card YES and a pending credit YES. And write this. Something is wrong with your system. I was a one time customer very pleased and now you gave me an empty belly and this. I am amazed there is no offer of anything, free bread sticks on the next order 1/2 off on a pizza."
