"The trainee and the trainer took my order for small 1/2 cheese and 1/2 deluxe incorrectly tonight and delivered a small pepperoni pizza. I called back twice and the manager said he would send the correct pizza twice. It hasn’t arrived 2hrs after my original phone call. Make sure you don’t get a trainee to order."
"Ordered carry out online at 10:02 pm the pizza was nit the same quality thar sets Marcos apart from other franchise. It was cold, dry, and the crust was extremley thin. The meal was prepared poorly, lacked toppings not to mention taste. $21.70 in the trash. I understand it was near closing time but if your hours are 11am to 11pm your staff should expect to make quality food thru 11pm. 11pm closing time doesnt mean shutting down at 10:30 and given the customer the feeling of not being appre iated. This has never been a issue in the past at Marcos..although its becoming the norm at so many establishments. Food is twice as much with half customer service. Owners should visit there restraunts from time to time....helps to keep them in check"

"As long as they offer the Online MED699 deal (or similar) this has been my go to standard pizza for the last 3 years. I drive past Domino's and Pizza Hut to go here. My fav is the thick crust."
