"Ordered online a whole hour before closing and received cold, old fries, cold wings and there was a piece of plastic in my basket of fries. Not the first time they mess up my orders but the trash in the fries was the limit, sucky customer service"

"I ordered mango habanero boneless wings on 12/24/23 ,went in to pick up at 6:45pm ,they were still not ready ,when I got home ,I opened the box and they didn't give me the mango flavor on the jabanero, I was very disappointed. I knew they were closing at 8pm ,so I started calling them at 7:15 ,but they never answered, I stayed on the phone til 7:55pm , I will be calling on after Christmas and talk to a manager."
