"Never going there again. Didn't have some items due to them getting a truck till Wednesday, according to Adriana. Who by the way had NO customer service skills. They have a sign promoting jalapenos but when asked if they could grill them she said they didn't do that. When our combos came out they were with small drinks and small fries. When asked if they didn't come with medium she said no that is up to us to ask for the upgrade. She was a there with an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Overall one of the worse experiences. Forgot we were not at Whataburger. Don't go there."

"$8 for a whopper jr. i’m sure i was charged incorrectly but nothing was done to help. i asked the lady if it was charged correctly and she said the price changed. regardless it’s not updated on the board and i was charged whopper price for a whopper jr. i hate the carelessness but i’m leaving a review due because i feel they don’t like helping people or the attitude changes when a customer walks in. i felt disregarded and unheard i don’t look for recompensation, i just want to advise of the unsavory experience"

"This location is always dirty inside no One wipes down the tables or sweeps the fries off the floor. They absolutely never give you the receipt and I'm pretty sure that's intentional so you don't do the survey. They don't listen and it shows because they actually repeat your order and they repeat it back wrong. Constantly. Is this location owned by a franchisee because I doubt corporate would have put up with this for so long. I only come to this location when I'm in the time crunch otherwise I go to the Boca chica location or central Blvd location. The other ones are too far outta my way, but this location has had issues for years! When it's not under cooked fries, 6 nuggets when you order 8, or missing burgers it something else! How do you under cook fries!? The fryer has a timer!"
