"Ordered extra BBQ sauce on my pizza and didn't get it. When I said something to the worker about it. She didn't even look at the pizza and just said there is extra on it. She was very rude. She looked like she didn't even want to be there. I see why there are so many bad reviews and comments about them."
"A total 180 from the other dominoes I've ordered from. Instead of a quick, good enjoyable meal.. you WAIT 90 MINUTES for them to bring your food and they are literally 4 miles away. It's pathetic. Do not order from these idiots if you want food any time soon!"
"1st not really the stores fault but if the app says 1hr 15min then it should be that. I called the store an hour after the app said it came out of the oven. The guy who answered told me they would remake it if it had been sitting for an hour. He never came back on the phone, a lady did and had the worst attitude. Told me the app is never right and wait time was 2hrs. I said oh no way, and asked if my order was ready and if it was fresh. She sets the phone down and never came back. All I wanted to do was find out if it was ready so I can just go get it myself. 15min phone call and I still didn’t know the status of my order. I finally hung up and then the app says “out for delivery”. Whatever so I waited for it. The order was placed at 6pm, 8:45 we have food in our house and as expected it was sitting for a long time. To put the icing on the cake they forgot our 2L soda, so I called the store again. The same rude woman from before who set the phone down answered. This time she was acting like it was my fault they forgot our drink. She said we can re-deliver it or credit the account. By this time I’ve decided I will not be returning to this location and did not want the credit. I said you forgot it, you need to re-deliver it. Yeah that never happened. The next day I called the store and spoke to Becky the manager. Wow, I haven’t met someone that fowl in a long time. They gave me credit for a free pizza and free 2L. I will NOT be using that and letting those people make my food ever again, I’ve worked in the food industry and have witnessed what sour employees do. Not a chance in hell will I be returning to that location. You can’t treat people like this and expect to keep their business."
"The food is OK the chicken was dry. The pizza was good. I called the store to let them know that one of the pizzas were squashed. And they made a replacement, and still messed up. Our order. Pineapple was supposed to be all over the entire pizza. Not ordering from this location again they can do better. Shout out to the delivery driver he overall was very well mannered and did his job correctly. This is on management and the kitchen. I’m overall disappointed in the conversation that I had with the manager because he overall could have done a lot better. For a customer that spent $83 altogether. There should’ve been better service from the store itself. and the only reason why y’all are getting two stars for me is because of how sweet the delivery driver was himself."
