"We were there for lunch.Ordered an original and a flatbread and they were both delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient. But Dirty tables and floors and machine was out of Coke and Diet Coke."

"We arrived at 8:13 pm close to closing. We ate 2 regular sandwiches, chips and coke cream sodas. We were treated so politely and were served hot fresh sandwiches. The coke was perfect, no watered down drinks!! They were so courteous l can't wait to return!"

"Ordered two sandwiches to go. Only one sandwich in bag when got home. Bread was dry and meat was old. Contacted store and manager admitted employees probably gave old sandwich. Manager did reimburse for the mistake but really sad this was even done. Been going to Schlotzskys for many years."

"I ordered a small original HAM and CHEESE, which is not listed on the menu any longer. I stated I wanted ham, cheese, mayo and onion only on my sandwich. The young man taking the order was very nice and repeated it back and I acknowledged it was correct. What I got was bread, ham, salami and cheese with mayo. It looked different and didn’t have much meat on it but I took a few bites not realizing it was wrong and I told my husband it didn’t taste right. He looked and said, it has salami on it. He told me to tell them it was wrong, so I did. The guy that came up to help me, said “It looks like you already ate it all”. I replied I ate half, after I took the salami off. It didn’t matter because it still wasn’t right. He finally made me another sandwich that was correct after saying, I probably confused the guy taking the order when I said “original “ because the original has salami on it. Well excuse me, but it also has lettuce, olives and other ingredients that weren’t put on it! The guy that took the order had it right! Also, we were there at 12:00 noon. There was one couple finishing their meal and we were the only customers inside until a couple of ladies came in as we were about to leave. It wasn’t filthy, but the tables had not been wiped down and the drink station area was dirty. I think there were 4 people working. I have not had good results with this location."

"Dropped inside for lunch. Food was pretty good, but the "children" working there were far from impressive. One young lady, not sure if she was assistant manager..was very rude. As about 5 of the staff congregated in the back to have a chat, I reluctantly knocked to asked someone for a "to-go" box to take our leftovers. I got my 'to go" box, but not without rolled eyes and attitude. We will not return. If children that you hire hate their jobs, they should just move on. You will lose a lot of business allowing unprofessional, disgruntled, undereducated people to serve food."
