"**UPDATE 01-19** My review was heard! The owner reached out via text to apologize and offered to mail me a gift certificate - talk about customer service! He let me know that he has addressed this issue with management and all employees. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I LOVE Big Burger’s food. What I don’t love is their customer service. If your hours state that you close at 8pm, WHY are you not answering the phone at 7:45 and WHY are all of the lights turned off before 8pm with employees inside? This has happened multiple times. If you want to close before 8pm, change your hours."

"We were looking for something quick and easy on a date night, and this popped up. With already decent reviews, we figured we'd give it a try. From the outside, it doesn't look like much. But once inside, we found decent decor with a good customer base. The menu offered a variety of burgers with several choices of meat. I got the jalapeno burger while the girl got the avocado one. At first, I was a bit taken back by the price. $30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and a side of fries. But when the food came out, we were pleasantly impressed. Good sized burgers, thick slices of veggies, and amazing flavor. We left with full bellies and definite place to go back to for good food."
