"Great clothes! Prices are alittle high for band shirts 19.00 and over. But I do love how many different old school band shirts that they have. Place was clean. Not too packed. I would recommend this place for good shopping. Place was clean when I was there."

"New Year’s Day, I went to Forever 21 in Mall Del Norte to buy a couple things for my daughter’s birthday. We walked in, no problem, looked around when staff flashed the lights, signaling closing time, so I went straight to the counter to get a gift card and my younger daughter handed me a couple items she wanted. Well by the time we were done, their front gate leading to the rest of the mall was completely shut. I turned around and asked the three employees standing at the counter if they could open for myself and my daughter and one of them flat out said no. How rude is it to close the gate on your customers?! My daughter and I had parked on the other side of the mall and had to walk clear around the entire mall instead of being able to walk straight through because of them. The way most stores accommodate the customers at closing is to lower the gate so others know they are closing but allow anyone inside to leave. That’s the thanks we get for giving them our business. I will be calling to file a formal complaint about the employee."

"It's a very nice store. The store is always tidy and everything is in place as well. The cashiers are quick at their job and don't hold up the line. The place for the line is good as well. Good amount of space. I just really love this store."

"I love this store but not particularly the Laredo one, it's so limited compared to other cities, in overall good prices and good merchandise but kind of messy All the time and they continuous move around sections so can be confusing."
