"New location, operating like an old one. Serving cold hard donuts at only 10am. Didn't even bother to heat it up or ask if I wanted it warm. The same person that took my dirty CASH, is the same person that went to physically bag my donuts.. Without washing hands. That's not looking out for public health at all. Most new locations have a separate cashier that doesn't go touching donuts after touching a customer's card/cash. Putting on the gloves with dirty hands kind of defeats the purpose."

"My nephew was so excited with his donut! It was soft and not dry. It was topped with a donut hole and icing over it. The young man working the counter was super friendly and very helpful!"

"It's a pretty good chain donut shop! Most of team strike that balance of sweet but not sickening, and their filled donuts come with just the right amount of filling. If you've got a major sweet-tooth, though, go with the Bullseye. It is essentially a donut cupcake, and it was a great idea. There is also a very nice guy working here that is incredibly personable and charming- I missed his name, but it was just him mid-day on a Saturday and my friend and I probably spent 15 minutes just chatting with him and swapping fun facts before we left. Definitely made it worth going in the store."
