"We like the food here, but honestly the service just isn’t good enough. We’ve had a frustrating experience during the last 2 visits. The food comes fairly quickly but you’re pretty much forgotten about after that, barring the standard initial “how is everything?” visit. We asked for extra mayo and another order of fries, and twice had to remind our server that we were waiting for them. We’d finished our meal by the time they actually arrived and had to ask for them in a to-go box, which again was far too long in arriving. We weren’t offered drink refills at any point. I’d excuse this if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t even close to busy. Reading other reviews here highlights that the service is clearly lacking. Which is a shame because this would be a really nice spot otherwise."

"Wow, great service and great food. Just one request, please do not over cook the sweet potato fries! They are not supposed to have black color from over frying, even the redo had black color; the third time was the charm the sweet potatoes were perfect. Other than that, everything was delicious."

"Justin, our server was great. The bad service was from lack of the kitchen staff paying attention to my order. I don't eat pork and ordered the Avo-Cobb-o salad no bacon. And it looked like they added extra bacon. It was sent back and took another 20 minutes to make a new one. The manager never came to apologize. The manager never offered to discount or remove it from the bill after having to wait an hour total for the correct order. Justin is the only reason they received 3 stars instead of 1 star."

"Food was delicious and the cheese dip was so yummy. The place was clean and with good lighting, the only thing was that our waitress had us in a hurry, she brought the check in the middle of our meal. We couldn't even enjoy a second glass of soda."
