Whataburger

"As far as fast food goes, I was surprised. It was better than most. The service was amazing and I loved how they swept the floor and kept the tables clean immediately when someone left. I'm just not a huge fan of fast food. The employees were awesome."

"Ordered through the whataburger app for 7 people. Missing an entire order and several items. Called restaurant multiple times for over 10 minutes with no answer. The most horrible display of customer service of any whataburger we've been to in the valley, and that's pretty bad. Whataburger can usually be counted on for good food and friendly workers. Not anymore! Never again. Thank you for ruining our long-standing experience with Whataburger restaurants. I'd give zero stars if I could. UPDATE: finally got an answer after the 10th phone call. Spoke with Danya, verbalized my issue, and she never said one word to me in response. She literally stayed on the phone while I waited for her to respond to my questions, and she never said a word. Josue "the manager" was also extremely rude and confrontational, not qualities you want in a customer service position. Horrible people "running" this restaurant."

"The cheeseburger I got was amazing! It was definitely the best fast food I've ever had In my life. I love the way they built the burger and their colors. The only bad part was the wait. It took forever in the drive thru to get our burger. They also had the burger ready when we got up their but held it for about 5 minutes looking for 83 cents in change. But the burger was definitely worth the wait. You guys also have a ton of variety and a ton of flavor! You employees were nice and vibrant. Keep doing you!"
