"They didn't top my mocha frappe with chocolate, I had to ask. I went to redeem my birthday treat, but the cashier messed it up, and I didn't even get a Happy Birthday, like I have on other occasions. Anyway, the manager gave me a refund for my birthday reward."

It seemed as though the ingredients were not measured accurately, resulting in an unbalanced and disappointing beverage. The texture was also off, indicating a potential issue with the frothing or steaming process. I believe it is crucial to provide feedback when there is a noticeable decline in the quality of products or services. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am concerned about the consistency and standards upheld at this particular location."

"I love going to this Starbucks location! The employees, specifically Sam, are awesome. Every time I come in Sam greets me warmly and converses with me for a while. She had great recommendations for drinks, and she represents this establishment very very well. She is certainly a ray of sunshine and I think she deserves a round of applause for her service!!!!"

"Came here around 5:30. On 11/14/23. The manager was very rude to the young lady in front of me. Not sure what happened situation wise. But the manager was being very condescending and rude towards her. If It were my daughter or anybody else’s kid being talked to in this manner, I know we would not be ok with the tone and attitude of this manager… everyone deserves respect"

"First I want to say I go to starbucks quit a bit. I made an order for pick up last night and I bought for me and my brother. We got home and tasted them and they did not taste good I have ordered pumpkin spice an many many times but apple for my brother. So I drove back to store and went in The girl at register said I'll be with you in a minute. I told her the drinks did not taste good. She said I'll remake them. She did...she said drinks are ready... walked away with no thank... sorry about that .... or anything and honestly they still did not taste right. So not sure if product was low. I was not rude about the situation but the way she acted the first time. I felt having to tell her again was not worth it. Me and my daughter visit this starbucks quit often ....so that's disappointing."
