"Salt pepper and ketchup are free, all other condiments are $0.43 plus tax. This is the only Whataburger that charges for condiments we have been to in 3 states. If you are Mexican you can expect quick service. However, if you are American like my wife and I are, you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your order. All the while you can watch other Mexican customers walk away with their meal in just a few short minutes."

"Food is good. Service needs to be fixed thru online orders and pick up. Needs better organization as far as order preparation, my order was skipped and items were missing. I had to visit the counter 2 times not counting checking in for my order."

"I came to this Whataburger a few days ago in the morning and I was very surprised to see the quality of service and how clean the place was. As soon as I came in through the door I was greeted. Then I placed my order and just a few minutes later I was having my breakfast. Lady who took my order and the one who brought my order, both, were very polite. Food was really good. Coffee was amazing. The environment had this nice friendly atmosphere always inviting. I look forward to my next visit. Good job to this team.
