"Been looking forward to getting Panda for like 2 weeks, and on Friday I tried not to eat anything so I can fully enjoy my meal I'll get from Panda. So at 2:30 I placed my order. Well...we got food poisoning. Been suffering for like a day and a half since Friday and my mom and brother still have it while I have recovered enough to return to work tomorrow. I don't think I'll return here again. The food poisoning was an awful experience to have and I feel guilty that my mom and brother are still suffering from it. The customer service was nice at least."

"Placed an order online (@5:15p), but went way too early to pick it up. I offered to cancel the online order and place an order then (around 4:40p). They took my order and said they would make it ahead of time, which they did (after 3 carryout and 2 drive-thru orders). I was a little disappointed to have waited for it, but what really made my heart sink was that for one of the order requests left out an entree on 2 entree plate and had majority lo mein with 2 stocks of broccoli and 1 kale leaf (supposed to be half and half). The food was good, but was just disappointed with not fulfilling order requests."

"The family combo has SO MUCH food. If you're looking to feed about 4-5 people, that is a good option. They do tend to get busy, but if you go through the drive-thru, they'll have you pull up and bring your food to you. I haven't experienced anything negative at this location, but their manager is really nice if you feel like something should get addressed."
