"I tried several times bagels and coffee. The food has good quality and the taste was great regarding cinnamon and evirithing bagels. Price is fair and I the place is clean and tidy. Plenty of parking so that you won't have any kind of problem with this topic. I took my breakfast there so I cannot talk about the drive thru service. But I had a good time while eating and enjoying my food and drinks. In the early morning is almost alone so you can take a time while heading to work. Definitely I'll go back again."
"Panera is overpriced and they have subpar standards. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and salad today, 11/8, and luckily looked in my bag before I drove too far away. I found what looked like someone’s partially eaten roll in my bag. I went back through the drive thru and questioned why something like that would be in my bag. I was told that it was a torn baguette and it is Panera’s policy to tear the bread, not cut it, so it looks more “rustic”. I reiterated multiple times that it looked like bread that was partially eaten. The employee gave me another torn baguette in a bag and I left. So, they can give me a second piece of torn bread in a bag but they threw the first piece of bread in the bag with everything else? What a mess. There are many places to eat in the shopping center so Panera is now off my list. Update 2/12/2023: They’re back at it! $18+ for a drink, cup of mac & cheese, a sandwich with the wrong (and burned) bread with barely any meat on said sandwich."
"Ok generally I love Panera.... this is the first time I've had an issue. We rarely eat here because it's fairly pricey, but delish for sure. Today: Delicious as always but for the $15 a plate I expected more than 3 peices of chicken. Sad. The kids loved their pick two, and filled up and then had delicious deserts. Yum Here's where it gets interesting..... On the other hand.... this car pictured is an employees car. After having a smoke break with us on the patio, he walked to his car parked in the front first parking spot, and went to put on deodorant in front of all of us eating. Pulled up his shirt after smoking a cigarette on the patio with us, rubbed some deodorant on and decided to move his car over a few inches to the west, i guess it was too close to curbside? While it was loud and obnoxiously all weird I can't get over the fact how rude he was. I could go a lifetime without seeing his awesome deodorant experience, or ever hearing his compensation car turn on again. The whole experience of food and a show was taken to new levels. Thanks panera, i can not say today was a pleasure. The food was tasty whole small though. I guess the car can compensate for that also. 5 stars only because this is the first time it's been all that and generally the food is good."
"The staff is overall friendly and helpful. I wanted to wait until I experienced both the drive-thru and an inside order before writing a review. I’ve come to this location and sat inside as well as driven through the drive-thru. The drive-thru order wasn’t as consistent as the in-person order. The tuna sandwich had one tiny spoonful of tuna on it, and they forgot to put butter in the bag I requested for my baguette. For the inside order, my order was made correctly, but the cookie was hard as a rock (I didn’t realize until I was driving away). I ordered soup and mac&cheese for the inside order, so I’m not sure if I would’ve experienced the tuna sandwich problem I experienced during the drive-thru. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. I will return."
