"I typically have great experiences at this location but today was different. I went to redeem points for a free smoothie and for some reason I kept getting an error message when trying to redeem it and the cashier did everything but accuse me of already redeeming the points even though If I redeemed them they wouldn’t be available . Which .. ok fine whatever but then she proceeded to say “sorry about that but that wasn’t our fault and for that.. 0 stars.. just horrible .. What happened to good customer service?"
"SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE. Smoothies and food are always off. Owner & Staff are TERRIBLE. Just rude. No accountability. Food that is delivered GETS YOU SICK. I'd give zero (0) stars if I could. I’d recommend going to Smoothie King across the freeway at Brazos Crossings. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!"
"It's great to have some healthy choices near. I got the Island Green Smoothie which was delicious. The young lady taking my order was really nice as well. But once I got home to eat my buffalo chicken wrap...I noticed they gave me the wrong order. I did call and the young lady said if I bring the receipt and the wrap they would make the right one. I went the next day and the made the buffalo chicken wrap for me. But they didn't apologize or offer anything for my inconvenience."
"I used to never drink smoothies but tried this place out and BAM!!! Hooked! This place is great! And the best part of Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the app! It lets you customize each drink and it’s very user friendly. It has rewards and points that don’t take long to redeem."
