"Take forever to answer phone to place order...they said 10 mins I get there to pick up my order take another 7 mins to get my order...tacos were super cold no avocado added on my tacos i especially ask for well done grilled onions which were completely missed...none in the bag...poor service even with so many staff members can't get orders right...never again"

"I came it at 11 at night and the worst possible time to come. Food was cold and beans were served after the tacos. Taste is okay better than ultimo. Let me tell you what I observed. The man was ignored calls so as mentioned In Other comments the phone is never picked up is a fact, and customer service is horrible all around."
