"Absolute worst service. To be fair I had taken my truck there roughly seven years ago and they had me back on the road that day. Being from a city an hour and a half away, this time they had my truck for over a month. Took my truck and it was worse than when I took it in and the key would no longer come out. 2100$ and that’s because they wanted to replace the cpm which wasn’t the problem that would have bumped the total to 4000 for a truck that still drained the battery when it was off. It is at a different ford now and they are telling me that at least half if not all the work was not necessary. Avoid this criminal place as much as you can, I wouldn’t take a skateboard there. Will make another review with all the the bills and final statements from the other mechanic."
