"I had coupons for free coffee which is the only reason I stopped by this location. Lady at the counter was super annoyed when I gave her my coupon. There were multiple on the page and I only wanted to use a few of them. Orders were backed up and there were people in front of us who hadn't gotten their order but mine was ready before theirs. Then they forgot my hash browns and it wasn't until later that I realized I got charged for them even though I had a coupon for free hash browns with any purchase. Also my iced coffee was 75% ice. This place is terrible. Just go to Bucees."

"First of all, it took forever to get just two donuts, and I was Already, at the window waiting for them. Once I got the two donuts, I took a bite into the first one it tasted very very old with bad grease, so I took a bite out of the other one a different kind. It tasted the same way with very dry, old with old grease! Yuk!! Needless to say, I threw them both away. Once, I returned home, the next day, I just wanted to call them and ask them to please change out their grease. Wouldn’t you know no phone number on the website, grrrr! I looked it up in different ways and could not find one at all so this is why I’m posting it. They do not deserve any customers. I was nearly an hour away from home so I couldn’t just drive to let them know! So, if you wanna try them out, be prepared to have a horrible bad taste in your mouth with just a bit of a donut."

"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts, will never go back!! I was so happy that finally we have a Dunkin in Cypress. My first (of course, last) experience was horrendous. The Coffee was muddy. I am pretty sure he would have seen it when filling the cup but still gave me that nasty coffee. He definitely lacks common sense and respect for customers. Some of the Hashbrowns were burnt. The Avocado toast was a little salty but ok. I ordered cream filled donuts. He didn't have the common sense to check if it was available before taking the order. I was forced to take what was available."

"Kids and I have been here a handful of times since the grand opening and each time we've received great service. Everyone we've encountered was friendly. Dine-in is quick compared to most places these days that prioritize mobile orders. Food has been delicious every time, and we haven't received an incorrect order so far. Floors & tables were clean too! Edit on 2/3: I think service would be 100% better if the people working weren't high AF while taking orders lol"

"The coffee was out quickly and made correctly! The employees working were very helpful in identifying products, tho I do wish for more comfortable accommodations and places to sit like the Barker Cypress location Overall looking forward to more visits soon."
