"4 Stars because my first time here they were so friendly. I asked for a blonde and they didn’t have any so the barista offered me a pour over. That almost never happens and it tasted great!! Would stop here again."
"Fine as usual. I had to order a tall and a grande nitro and ask for an extra cup to make a venti nitro. Seems like they could just have that as an off menu item and save two peices of plastic. This individual location was convenient, clean and quick. Thanks."
"Just left this location after putting in an online order on my break. Got there and patiently waited for 25 mins while they were just taking their precious time to prepare drinks. Several other customers were leaving as well. I literally watched many of them walk around looking for what to put in drinks and some just standing around confused. I usually don’t have an issue with this location but the workers today need A LOT more training. And this is coming from someone that worked at Smoothie King. Disappointed!"
"The late afternoon shift is not as perky as the Nitro Cold Brew but I understand. It's not easy to please customers these days. The music in the store was a little too loud to have a conversation and it was still too hot to sit outside."
