I hope they can ensure a more consistent and respectful experience for all customers, especially on meaningful occasions like Veterans Day."

"I can't give it more than a 1 star. If I go there any time of day that's not morning when they open, it's fine there. But if you're a part of the 6am grab your coffee on the way to work crowd, you're out of luck, because the guy who opens the store is late every single day. He'll stroll in around 6:10am, but the store is supposed to be open at 6AM. Then he has to turn everything on and your drink won't be ready for sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. It's a joke."
