"I didnt even want to give them one star. A dead give away was hardly any cars in drive through. The car ahead of us gave the food back and were complaining. We ordered patty melt that had only bread and meat and no onions, we ordered shake which they didnt give us and a number 1 came without any oinions also. Every sandwhich and fries were cold. Worse whataburger i have ever seen. Noone apologized. Will never return to any whataburger because of this."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this is necessary. While Whataburger is usually a go-to fast food choice for me, I advise against visiting at night. The staff's attitude in the drive-thru is consistently rude, and the orders often arrive incorrect, cold, and stale."

"I went to the drive thru and I asked for a double meat burger combo #2, and two combos of chicken strips. the girl who was giving me the order forgot one of my drink, then she forgot to give me one of the chicken strips combo box and then to top it off the burger only had one patty. When I told them the mistake on the burger, they gave me the same burger with an extra cold cheese. I had to go speak to the manager for them to remake it..I love Whataburger but I'm never going to this location."

"4 months ago I visited and service was great. Today I visited and it was the worse. My daughter asked for a condiment (mayo). Shee has to go stand at the counter which didn't really help to speed up the process for receiving it. I ordered some online fries. Waited maybe 6-10 min. When app said it would take three. Walked up to counter and stood there. I was ignored by a girl who took a phone call and couldn't even acknowledge and say we will be with you in a min. Looked right at what looked like he might've been management but shouldn't be, definitely leading by example. We had direct eye contact three times and yet he never asked if he could help. it's obvious I wouldn't be standing at the counter just because I like it there. After a few more minutes guy from drive thru came around the corner. Walked back and forth once or twice and finally asked if he could help me. He was the more attentive one. Management needs leaders not plants. The lady that helped me four months ago was an older woman. Sometimes management is older because they have more experience and know how to treat a cust with respect. If this location has lost sales, you might wanna look into it"

"Once again, breakfast taquitos made just the way I ordered! The flour tortilla perfectly toasted and sausage, egg, picante filling done just right! Great customer service for being morning business! Coffee was great!"
