Jack in the Box

"Their drive thru sucks. I waited over 40 minutes in their drive thru and couldn’t get out of the line because there was 3 more vehicles behind me and 3 in front. Their diner was not even busy at all and their 4-5 employees were doing NOTHING but chilling behind the counter. I’m not sure if it was only 1 cook but these 4-5 employees could of helped that one cook (if that was the issue)! Never will I EVER go there again!"

"I love ordering thru the app. I have made mistakes by placing order at wrong Jack-in-the Box and they were so kind in making my order, because the one I placed it at didn't answer or the call wouldn't go thru. They are really considering of customers' mistakes. I since then tried to only place order at this Jack-in-the Box in Alamo, TX"

"Super slow literally took 16min to get an order and they make you park in curbside cause they know they going to take forever! Never going on a Friday again!! Told manager he needs more staff or at least people that work all I saw was kid workers flirting around with each other like come-on and do your job."

"Honestly I’m not the type of person to complain I personally know what it is working on the fast food industry. Talking about since I was 14 yrs old worked at fast food till 23 yrs old. I know it can be hectic sometimes, but honestly there were 2 things that I noticed it wasn’t alright at all the first one the soda those nozzles of the coke matchine have to be clean every day, Coke tasted bad honestly. Second thing the way the food was handed to us waiting about 40 min for the order and the way the employee handed the food was like tossing the order through the window of my vehicle turned around and left real quick! It came with no spoon, forks, napkins. Really unprofessional service. Over all the Food taste was good!"

"Bad customer service kept putting me on hold didn’t give me my order or refund . She stated I don’t know what you want me to do I’m here alone so I asked can I order something and you deduct the difference kept stating I don’t know my manager isn’t here come tomorrow or go else where I don’t know . That’s something you need to figure out . Like how rude I’ve been bothe manager and worker and I know better then to tell a client I don’t know I’ll try to find solutions ."
