Wendy's

"I go to this Wendy's 2 or 3 times a week. I wouldn't go without using the app. Y'all seriously got to get the app and enjoy the offers! I know I wouldn't eat there without using the app. I wish it wasn't so cold inside though. Most of the time I have to take a sweater or a jacket. I did buy the keychain for three bucks. Every time I show my keychain when I buy something I get a free mini Frosty."

"Use to come frequently, food was great. After some time they started charging for any condiments. If you guys are going to charge extra put it in the menu and make sure my charge isn’t something that has nothing to do with condiments!"

"Received cold fries like not even warm I mean cold went back to get new ones. I also got charged for 2 fries and not got one One of the managers ( didn’t get her name) there asked for my bag back my burger was inside open she brought it back gave me new fries and my open burger I told her I didn’t feel comfortable eating anymore if I could just get a refund she simply said no and don’t give me any other options I asked to speak to the other manager ( Jose) he offered me a new burger and refund for the fries I choose to not eat it till I got home the burger was not consumable I mean so salty it cut my tongue genially thing it was done on purpose. Mind you I payed $17 for my meal no one was infront of me and I waited around 20 min for my food"

"First time here they had a drive thru-line I though we might get our food late. We got our food as soon as we finished ordering it. Only thing they missed was the baked potato but we didn't even have to wait more than 5 minutes for it to be done. The fries are perfect I know other Wendy's fries have the skin of the potatoes left on them, but these bearly any skin at all which I like because I'm a picky eater."
