"The manager refused to honor the $5 coupon for Mondays and Tuesdays that are clearly advertised online. The manager insisted there’s a code we had to show that we had to obtain from the app. There is no cici’s pizza app. Even after showing her the fine print on the coupon, she refused to honor it. When I went back to show her the coupon again, she said there was no way to refund with the coupon because we had already paid. Horrible service with a horrible manager Karina A."
"October 1st, 2023 : Do not waste your time and money! This location is TERRIBLE, lack of management, awfully poor services, the pizzas are undercooked with no sauce, the salads have brown spots. A worker (male) was ready to go against a customer (female) because apparently she brought her own Crystal light to mix in her water? Shameful to see or even witness such a awful scene in front of children and families, It was unprofessional and uncalled for , especially in a family environment.. DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN! **HERE ARE THE THREE STOOGES , the unexperience, a child hater , and the woman beater."
