"I was very disappointed with the service at this visit. I don’t understand the point of setting an appointment if it means nothing. I didn’t leave the dealership until 5:30pm. 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change! There was at least 8 people working that day inside in office. Well doing nothing maybe you should have less people inside and hire more people to actually do the service within a reasonable time. Inside staff just sat there and talked amongst themselves and really didn’t nothing. And on top of that when I get back in my car they had dirty my seat with their dirty hands. Way to Toyota!!!"

"The service is great. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about their parts, services, and policies. The only downside is the wait time. Dropping off your vehicle is best, but an inconvenience to find another means of transportation. And on the other hand, there is usually a 2-3 hour wait for a routine mileage service. I’d wish routine services would be completed in an hour."

"I got same day (really, same moment) 6,000 mile checkup appointment during a Friday mid afternoon using the service center phone number. I was told that it was recommended to have a wheel alignment as it had been a year since the last one, it would be ~$100 above the coast of the routine checkup/oil change. I asked if the alignment could be checked, that I would do it if needed, but if the alignment was still good, to not do so. The alignment was still good, and was not necessary. Appreciated that they checked it, and saved me the $100. Professional and courteous service On this visit."
