"Don’t eat here. Nobody hardly cleans here! Seems like they are racist here especially big lady with the glasses. Also the other chick who looks Mexican and had her hair braided back ,she looks new but is rude as well. Chris is the only professional worker here even over the phone he offers greats service ! Thumbs up for him!"

"First time visiting this location, and it will defintely be the last. I ordered two large pizzas online. Neither of the pizzas were made correctly. I added Feta to one, it has zero feta. So I paid $17 for a plain cheese pizza. Neither pizza had the requested crust toppings. We were not offered any parm or pepper even though we had cheese bread and two large pizzas. The very next customer was offered and given a generous amout for one pizza. We had to ask, and were handed two of each. When we requested more, she scoffed and proceeded to help two other customers before handing us one more of each. This was a shorter, heavy set lady with glasses. She came off as prejudice because we are Hispanic and other guests appeared to be white. She was polite and helpful to them, but rude and short with us. I doubt this is who you want representing your business. There is zero survey information on the receipt and when I go to the survey portal, it denies surveys for this location. Now I see why they are turned off."

"Marcos is so good. It’s easily jumped over the other big chains. I wish it was easier to get delivered but the ones in the loop don’t deliver far if at all. Mainly have to use door dash which makes it easily $20-$30 more than you’d spend just going yourself. (I did the comparison.)"

"I can't speak on everyone else's comments, but I must say that I had the best experience with this location of Marcos pizza! I ordered delivery, but the customer service that I experienced with Chris over the phone, and the delivery driver was absolutely amazing! I could actually hear Chris smiling over the phone! I am not sure what the drivers name was, but it he was a young black guy driving an orange car. I want to say thanks again to both of you, and this is what the true meaning of customer service is."

"The inside lobby area looks nice. Enough space for about 30 people to sit and eat. Free refills on drinks. Pizza took 30 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got it. $36 for an x-large pepperoni & sausage and a 10 piece hot wings. The pizza is cheesy and the sauce is good. They are very generous with toppings and pizza sauce, very juicy. The sausage certainly has good taste to it. The wings were a little bland though. The staff is friendly and they keep the dining area clean. Two t.v.s inside with sports channel on. Overall good pizza but the wait was more than expected."
