"I ordered online and they forgot my 8 count bone in wings, so I simply called back to ask if I could go pick them up. The second they answered I couldn’t even get a word out before they told me the wait time and put me on hold. After like 5 minutes of being on hold they ask if I still wanted to wait, and I told them the reason I was calling. They proceed to tell me that the wait would be over an hour (for an item I have already waited for), and there “compromise” was to go get the food with a whopping 2 extra wings added in 3-5 days. The customer service was terrible, and that compromise was as terrible. No refund on the spot, and very rude customer service."

"The food was great and fresh. Loved that they had music playing while I ate my food. Crystal welcomed us with a warm smile. Great service."

"Extremely rude service. The cashier with brown curly hair was so rude. First, she said “ it’s going to be a 45 minute wait” when there was only 1 family sitting down. Then, she came up to us and said, “ when you’re done eating please move the tables and chairs back where they were.” Don’t they get paid for that? We came in to have dinner and family time, we are from out of town. If she’s not happy there she needs to leave. Then, another lady came in the store asking for the store manager and she’s said “ I’ll never order from here again” idk what happened with her order but you all need straighten out."

"You messed up my order by giving me bone in, then made me wait for my food to recook it and when I get home which is right behind your store my actual boneless wings are cold. I don’t mean warm, you gave me old wings and I guess figured why not since I asked to have the correct order done. What is wrong with your store and its crew and the leader who was working??? When did customer service become what you wanted and when you decided why not give this guy cold food since he spent $18 bucks on a wing meal which is crazy. Surely you didn’t think it would be okay and wonder why you can’t get a pay raise, I’d bet they can’t afford to pay you more for your lack of work and lack of customer service and care! JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE AND AN EXPERIENCE!!!!"

"Horrible experience! Larissa the manager has the worst attitude ever! The staff are all slow and it’s no surprise with a manager like that. They were in the back talking while there were people waiting for food. Ice cold buns!!! I will never come back here. Makes me not want to go to ANY wing stop again. That’s sad."
