"Ordered, waited at the window, then a girl tells me they are out of the everything bagels. Told her a plain bagel is fine, she left and never came back there was 5 cars behind me, no one took my payment, cars were honking behind me, then I saw her point to me to another worker then some guy came to the window NEVER SPOKE TO ME. Gave them my card paid waited another 3 min to get my coffee and cold bagel. I waited 15 min to get helped and 3 min to get my stuff. It was ridiculous."
