"Last two days Monday 16. I went into car wash and paid but it stopped. I went to store and asked workers that car wash was out of service. They said that did not know. They should call to fix wash car. On Monday 18, I went to into car wash again but they did not fix and It is still out of service. I lost my money why they did not help. Now zero star."

"Manager was extremely rude to a man who was selling firewood in the parking lot of SUBWAY. No one has firewood for sale, anywhere. I’ve gone to about 30 stores the past two days. A man was selling some out of the bed of his truck. I understand company policy, however lot of people are without power. No power = no heat unless you have a fire. It’s San Antonio Texas, and it’s snowing. Common sense, this man has something that some people really need. It could save people and pets lives. Not even that, but the manager was extremely rude about it. Yelling at him and telling him to get out now. He said he would and she says “well I’m going to stand right here until you do.” Extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her name she ignored me and went back inside.. She wasn’t wearing a name tag either. Woman in her mid 40’s or 50’s with black hair and glasses. Going to try and avoid this location from here on out."

"I Was holding two 12 packs of soda while trying to use the ATM. Nick the assistant manager asked me if he could hold the soda for me but I didn't need help then. When I was done with the ATM I asked him if he could help me carry 3 bags of ice to my car and he happily helped me. It wasn't unexpected kind gesture he did not have to give so I wanted to leave some positive feedback."
