McDonald's 102 South WW White Road, San Antonio, TX 78219

"I was coming by bus and I put 2 orders to pickup at the counter. I selected the "at counter" option because I didn't have a car. So I was trying to walk-in gently and the lady says "only drive thru" and starts pushing me out. Like bro? I just came to get food and you start pushing me out as if I'm a threat or something? And then they won't allow me to get drive thru obviously since I don't have a car. Why do you have the option to pickup at counter you don't actually have it? On top of that, on the app and maps it says that it's open 24 hours inside. But when I actually put the order it doesn't. I have been to many McDonald's and I never had a problem. Except this one. Ugh terrible service. I got my food but obviously some items were missing, I didn't even bother to ask again because of how they treated me. I got the food because I called and complained about it."

"Surprisingly good service at this one. Most employees are just running through the motions. That doesn't bother me, it's fast food service. But at this location, I actually found myself impressed."

"Probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life. Trashy atmosphere employees straight ignore you, takes forever to place an order and twice as long to get your food. Do not come here unless you like wasting time and money. I ended up so frustrated I just left without my food and called back to get a refund later it’s ridiculous how this place is run"

"Lobby was nasty. Trash on tables. Soda on the counter by the fountain dried up and sticky. Homeless people in there talking and laughing to themselves. I ordered on the app and people who came in after me and ordered got their food before me. When I went to ask about my order it was just sitting there and nobody called my number. Even one of the girls asked the other one how come she didn't call out my order. And my fries. Took this out the bag when I got home and this is what I got for a medium and a large fry. Smh."
