"My wife and I - along with our good lady friend - stopped by to eat since we wanted pizza for lunch after attending church services, and it actually had been a very long time since the last time I went to a Cici's location. After filling my drink cup at the soda fountain, I went into the dining area to get a table and most of the empty ones looked like they had not been properly cleaned but we managed to find a clean table close to the buffet. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and I observed that the restroom was fairly decent in cleanliness. I went to the buffet and got the food items I selected. The only food items I liked were the chicken & veggie soup and the cinnamon and pumpkin rolls. The pizzas were not that great and even though they were freshly cooked, they still tasted like they were factory made and frozen before being shipped to this location. The flavor and the texture quality of the crust has really gone downhill. The salad bar wasn't much better since the veggies were not as cold and fresh as they should be. And another thing that really annoyed me was the employees let the phones ring on and on without answering them (the ringing was loud). That's sad because I really liked Cici's pizzas and salads at the different locations I'd been to, but at this place it was just really bad. I definitely will not go back to this location."

"Well you guys know I love to have a deal. So my grandson wanted pizza and wings since he's so particular about the things he likes to eat I figured I'd take him to CiCi's birthday that way he can have a selection of what it is that he would like to eat and he'll be able to make a special request. For me I have the option of salad which is on my menu."
