"You can’t get lomein as a side on any of the dinner plates. Only rice. If you want lomein you will have to pay an additional $11 and it is served as a dish by itself with one kind of meat in it. I’ve never been to any Asian restaurant in any of the 30 different states I’ve eaten in that did not offer lomein as a side. I would have happily paid an up charge for the lomein. Instead, I left and went to another Asian Restaurant. Thanks for nothing. Edit to add: I noticed that there’s no one responding to their Google reviews. Nobody’s listening to the customer complaints. Won’t last long if they keep going this way. From what I have read, service has been declining for months without any sign of change. I recommend you eat somewhere they care about the customer and not just the money."

"My Very First time trying Wok Inn and it was not a great experience. I’m not sure if the employees were too tired but the lady taking the orders last night on (2.16) was in such a rush.I was calling to place an order for pick up. I had to call back three times because she continuously hung up the phone as I was speaking.As for the food, it taste okay but, small portions and the sauce from chicken over powered the rice. I do not think I will be returning back to that location in the future."

"After getting in from a long road trip, I ordered the family meal from the Callaghan location. The first unfortunate event with the restaurant is being out of hot oil. While waiting for my order, I saw the chef serve my phad thai as a dine in order before the cashier corrected him it was “to-go”. We got home, took out our food , and noticed 6 small pieces of our chicken for our general tso dinner plate. This is the $12 entree, in this case, with a burnt egg roll. As we began eating the phad Thai, we could not help but notice the burnt taste and over sprinkling of chili pepper flakes. We could not even enjoy the dish. When trying to call to have this replaced, all I got was ringing. Almost $70 gone to waste unfortunately."

"This place is good to eat If you dine in, but not good for takeout. Spent $30+ just on 2 plates plus 2 medium drinks that come in the SMALLEST containers and not even filled up to compensate. Did not even get full after eating."
