"Saturday March 2 @9pm a man and a lady were working and the man tended to me, my partner, and my friend. We always go here and have our drinks made with no problems, no back talk, nothing. Simply taken and delivered with ease. This time however, the man gave my partner back talk with an unprofessional tone regarding substitutions with the item not being on the menu. The lady looked at the entered menu from behind him and reacted like it was of no big deal to make. He sighed as if from being frustrated to just go along with it aside from it "not being in the menu". Entered the order and under his breath and commented, "I can substitute it, but it's not on the menu. Like we get it, but we were here yesterday ordered the same drink and no problem. Why is tonight any different? That right there, was enough to deter us from ordering such a "complicated" drink with him. We don't care if we have to pay for a substitution, additional pump of whatever, but this is NOT acceptable. We hope and would appreciate it if this is not the case on our next visit as we normally enjoy this establishment after a long day."

"+(*)It was a beautiful place with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. but I could not taste the matcha in the bubble tea and the cream was not tasty , wisH THE cream cheese was more like zero below before they sold out the brulee omg was delicious. I drove an hour here :( disappointed. 4 out 10 Looks taster then it looks lol"

"First the positive: the drinks are pretty darned good and the single size they come in are on the larger size. Now the not so good: the "service" here is terrible. When we walked up the counter, the girl just stared blankly at us with NO greeting at all. We just had to started ordering. Being our first time in, we asked a couple of questions to which we barely got a response. I don't need to be bowed down to, but when I'm about spend money on prime priced drinks, I would kind of like at least fake helpfulness. Also, the interior reminded me of a messy convenience store more than a tea shop. I guess if I'm ever in the mood for these tea or coffee drinks served by robotic staff and am in the area I might stop in....it's highly unlikely, though."

"The teas are so good. I've only ordered online, haven't visited yet. Delivery is fast. I've Hurricane Matcha with coconut jelly, tasted great. Taro Brown Sugar Latte with black pearl was awesome. Mocha Lava with Black pearl was yummy. The Tiger Black Milk tea with black pearl taste like coco puffs."
