"Very bad experience. Ordered 2 hours in advance because the place is always busy. I put as a pick up time 3:15 again place the order aTWO HOURS in advance is 3:45 and I’m still waiting for crazy bread. Plus the cashier is very RUDE. If you can’t handle the pressure I recommend you find a different Job Man. The Industry doesn’t need People like you"

"They have to had training in making their pizzas. As of Jan 2024 their pizza has been great. Good seasoning, right amount of cheese. Do your best to order online to avoid the wait. Keep it up guys."

"Ordered online and was told it would be ready between 640 and 645. When I arrived at the location there were around 15 people standing around. You could tell they were frustrated, I overheard the pizza wasn't ready, the cook was slow and even though it was before 7 pm they were not taking any more orders. I went up to the overweight Hispanic lady working the register and asked her if my pizza would be ready by the time I was given and she said no. I told her that out of courtesy they should put up a sign telling customers they weren't taking any more orders, just like this one man did. He walked away frustrated and mad, I could tell he wanted to say something but held his temper. By the way the cashier totally ignored me. This place closes at 10 and they stopped taking orders. I walked out myself and will never step foot in this store again. I don't know how they stay in business. I mean she said she was told not to take any more orders so someone was in charge? Or maybe not, I never saw them come up and try to calm the chaos."

"DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! Ordered 3 deep dish pizzas and received 3 plain instead. When I called to have it remade I was told it wasn’t their problem. The manager is rude and didn’t want to even listen to the issue. This location needs to be closed down. If you can’t provide customers with what they paid for or resolve an issue there is. I need for you to be in business. Go to a different location !!!!"
