"Terrible service ,took me almost 3 hours to change oil ,first of all they cancelled service after 1,5 hours of waiting ,reason was damaged drain plug but last place where I’ve changed oil was Walmart (Louisiana) ,only when I said to them that it was Walmart they took my car at service again and without any problems within 5 minutes they unscrewed the plug"
"This particular Wal Mart tire shop lacks the stock and variety that some other stores have. I went in for tires, and they only had two models in my size, or at least, that was what I was told. I wasn't happy about that. However, the service team was very professional and did an excellent job installing and balancing my tires. They even did a few special requests free of charge. Installation took around two hours, which wasn't terribly slow but certainly not fast. Overall...Four Star Service...Two Star Tire Selection. They just need to stock more Tires and schedule another Tech. on the shift, and this could be a Five Star Shop."
