"The price is good, especially for families. Pizzas and everything taste ok. I just wish the kept the salad bar cleaner, in and around the counters. You can see what I'm talking about from the register."

"As soon as I walked in there was only 3 slices of pizza that looked like it was sitting there for awhile... had to wait a few minutes til they brought out more pizza but it was amazing how people just seemed to act like they had never eaten at a buffet before , by the time I walked up mostly all the pizzas were gone again... wouldn't recommend this place"

"2/2023- YALL MON/TUE I got my $4.99 Cicis back!! This makes my Monday or/and Tuesdays fun again!! I love it here 1/2023- UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! Omg!!! Thank you GOD!! I can enjoy my CICIS again!!!!!!!! The vibe and atmosphere is so much better!! It’s cleaner!!!! Overall I’ll go back to my 5 star Ciciz experience!!! Management made my day!!! I appreciate people doing there job!!! Going above and beyond!! UPDATE FOR AUGUST 21th 2022: Warning all around: DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! I am at the littleyork location. I redeemed a reward there August 6th and I’ve been calling for 2 weeks because there warmers were broken! Something is always broken in this location! The AC was completely out one day and they had us in there eating with no AC and the food temperature couldn’t have been proper. Well today I watched the manager taking customers money go to the back, NOT was his hands, then pour salad into the bucket. Customers were all staring at him. He’s extremely rude! I told Daniel when I decided not to eat there that I needed a receipt he said he couldn’t print me one because I redeemed a reward! I made Daniel write me a note stating I didn’t eat there and I’ll be back once they get there equipment fixed. But it’s been 2 weeks I’ve been calling and there equipment hadn’t been fixed until today! So I’m not losing my reward because there management sucks! I won’t be doing business anymore at this location for no reason! I don’t tolerate ignorance where I spend my money. The buffet is always under stocked, it’s dirty in there, & nobody washes there hands. And the manager needs training how to manage a business! He’s rude, he doesn’t speak when you come in, and he acts like he doesn’t appreciate the customers service, that pays him! It was freezing cold!! Staff was rude I was waiting on a friend and I had to use the restroom! I’m pregnant but that’s none of her business so I hadn’t paid and they don’t have WiFi so I couldn’t access my app which is what brought me in to the establishment. This lady sat up for 3-4 mins saying the restroom is for customers! Asking do I want to purchase a buffet. I had to use the bathroom really bad by this time! She keeps debating with me I almost used it on the floor! The bathrooms were nasty! Stink! Then... the food! No bacon bits, no yellow bell peppers, or Italian dressing and the pizza was nasty! It was so flat you didn’t really have d0ugh on your pizza. The soup wasn’t fresh it was just them dumping the sitting pasta into the soup! The cheese bread sticks didn’t have cheese on them. I ordered a special pizza! She made it wrong! So I had to wait again for a pizza when she should have wrote it down like the other cicis does and they didn’t bring me the pizza they put it on the buffet for others to touch first! Really! What’s the point of a personal pizza if anyone can have some? They should’ve spent more money on improving the taste and offering what cicis has instead of trying to redecorate the place! Because cutting cost on the food aspect can ruin your business! I’ll never spend my money here again!! I’ll go to the Fry location!! Always great service there!!"

"Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location. When we arrived there was only one pizza for us to choose from, soggy pasta, watered down soda’s , etc. They were cleaning their floors and eating Wingstop while serving food with only one person making pizza. We spent only 15 minutes before we left due to hardly any food coming out and the amount of people in the restaurant."

"I ordered a large cheesy bread with extra, extra cheese and in my personal opinion this isn’t extra, extra cheese. I was going to pay for it so it should’ve been added. The young man that was at the register may have been the manager. I opened the box before I left and said this isn’t extra, extra cheese and he proceeds to tell me that he told them to put extra cheese on it. When I pay for something I expect to receive what I pay for. It wasn’t busy inside and he and the young woman who was working were chit chatting. My bread appears as if it stayed in the oven a bit longer than needed. The bread near edge was as though it stayed in the oven longer than needed. I hadn’t looked at my receipt as I just folded it and put it in my pocket without looking at it. I asked for 1 ranch but he told me they normally charge for ranch yet it’s on my receipt. I guess he didn’t charge for the cheese or the cost of the ranch was the same price. I was just disappointed. You know how you have a taste for something and then it doesn’t turn out the way you expected. Anyone that personally knows me knows that I love cheese. I won’t visit this location again."
