"Found a used bandaid in my taco pirata and the waitress still charged me for most of my order"
"Meat tastes old and re-re-re-heated. Cheese on taco was cold and not melted. Also, not a banda fan. Especially with VULGAR lyrics."
"I had been a frequent customer for over two years, and I have recently become very disappointed with the quality of food and they type of service they offer that I can longer be a customer. I've had orders in where they forget to add the sides or they just hand you plain orders (taco pirata with no cheese, avocado, or lettuces; just the meat)... a male employee gave me taco salsa for some chips and salsa I had ordered on the side (which for those of you who don't know, taco salsa is VERY different from chips and salsa salsa) and when I told him the salsa was not the salsa I had gotten last time that he was giving me taco salsa he grinned and laughed... they have a plate called the Sombrero which is supposed to be meat with peppers and cheese; I had to call and tell them that the plate only had literally 2 strands of meat and the rest was full of peppers and cheese, of course this wasn't solved. I can longer continue to buy or order food from this place. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
"The rude cashier nelegected to tell me they were missing ingredients and still sold me my food either way. When I brought this to thier attention she tried to sell me more food instead of offering anything to make up for the ordeal and then a manager gave me a single overcooked cup of beans to make up for it. Terrible experince and equally terrible service."
"I was a bit disappointed at first. There is around 10 tables, 4 of which were dirty, 2 were occupied, another 2 were only 2 seater, leaving me with only 2 choices. After we sat down and placed or order, it took 30 minutes to bring the food! We didn't even have drinks throughout the whole time.. But, all in all, the food was great, and fair priced. Quick tip for the waiter: Be sure and Greet the customer instead of standing in silence behind them! This business has potential, but could definitely use more staff"
