"I just wanted to share my personal experience today.......the young lady Natalia, was momentarily getting vented on by an adult twice her age, who apparently wasn't taught how to treat people. NATALIA held her composure walked up to me and with a smile on her face, gave me star 5 service. TRUE PROFESSIONAL! As for the Karen who might be petty enough to leave a complaint.......I WAS THERE, YOU WERE OUT OF LINE! Natalia, I got ur back!"

"I would not even give the person who claimed she was a Manager 1 star last night. We had ordered several pizzas for the business I work at throughout the day yesterday for a Safety award. We ordered 10 more to pick up at 9pm for our overnight crew and when I arrived they were not ready so, I had to wait. We were given a few fresh and others cold. Whenever I got back to work, I realized she hadn't even given me a receipt. I went back and asked for one and she was horribly rude. She told me she couldn't give me one and I should have asked for one. I said "Excuse Me, you don't offer your customers receipts" and asked for her Manager. She told me I could speak with her and not her Manager. I asked for a name and number of that franchise owner and she refused. We order pizzas from this location all the time and I have never been disrespected there the way she talked to me. Honestly, I was shocked as I myself am in Customer Service. We spent $64.84 on this order and more earlier in the day."

"This place deserves negative stars! They are so cheap with the toppings. None of the food looks like the commercials. Food tastes horrible! Just a complete waste of money! I only go there because it's the only one near my house. But believe me when I say I will never go there or recommend this place again! I wish I could get refunded for the money I've lost there!!!"

"Good pizza, but long wait especially in drive thru Only 1 kid serving customers and can't be bothered to listen when you tell him your order because of the airpod in his ear ✌️"
