"I'm sorry, but this place isn't good. Customer service is great, but the coffee just taste boring, bitter and taste pretty cheap. First time, I got a blended drink and I didn't like it, then I got iced coffees after. I gave them other chances, and it just doesn't taste good.... A size small drink is more like a kids cup size...I prefer Scooters and Dutch Bros over this, unfortunately."

Not just "my pleasure" polite, but are genuinely interested in having a conversation with you while you wait for your coffee. By no means do I mean wait like you would at a non-drive through coffee place though. They're always super quick. The punch card program is the bees knees."
