"Not open at 9:30am on a Saturday because supposedly they only have 1 person that works it and that person had an emergency. Not believable, and no business runs on one person being able to do something. The food and bev director was very nice, but I have been to hotels where they have people from the front desk making lattes at the coffee shop. Maybe it's a case of "we just can't find any good help"."

"I don’t get it. Great machine to pull decent shots. Captive foot traffic of what must be a few hundred folks every day. Their coffee is somehow worse then a ‘normal’ Doubletree hotel. As a Diamond member, I had $30 in dining credit and could have ordered as much as I wanted here …and this coffee was so bad that I didn’t spend any more than for a very very bad latte"
