Reviews
"The worst Dunkin’s location. They never have anything you order and they always make it wrong. They are also very slow to serve."
"I don’t know how this location is still open. The management team has zero capacity to properly place orders to keep them stocked up. I’ve been here at least 20 times and over half they were out of something. Then they don’t carry hot chocolate at all because “nobody orders it”…probably because they don’t buy it to be ordered. Better to drive a bit to ANY other location who has a full menu. I just made the mistake of trying again today."
"Bravo to this Dunkin’ Donuts location for helping Americans lose weight and fight diabetes by not filling their iced lattes to the top when customers ask for very light ice! Yes, the person taking my order did tell me when I placed the order that they would not fill it to the top when I asked for very light ice, but is this how they think they are going to save a few pennies in this tough economy? I wonder how much of this product they throw away at the end of the day anyways. Plus they gave us a single napkin for three different food items we ordered."
"i went to dunkin this morning and when i got my food, i got a wrap that was cold and my bagel bites did not have any cream cheese in them. the girl with the brunette bleach highlights train track green brace face told me there was no egg, and that was fine with me, but to get a cold wrap was not it, that’s foul. in addition, another teenage male employee hesitated to hand her the bag, but i didn’t think of it at the time because i just wanted to eat. I spent $12, and i know that is not a lot, but for me not to eat my food was foul."
