"I have been a regular at we pancakes for a few months now and I must say, they never fail to amaze me. Their servers are very kind and thorough, their food is exquisite and pretty fairly priced might I add, and their pace is spectacular. I meant he food comes out so quickly the server might as well be delivering me the food before they take my order lol! I absolutely adore this establishment, their employees, and especially the food! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I hope they continue to thrive!"

"This has been on my list to try out because I love pancakes - and breakfast in general. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly, the portion sizes were good and reasonably priced, and the dining area was clean. The downside to diner-style breakfast is that it's hard to mess up, so you really need something to make you stand out. The dining room didn't do it, and most of the menu is fairly standard diner fare so I was counting on it being the pancakes. I liked the gluten-free and protien options for the pancakes and was really excited to try several pancake flavors before settling on the Pina colada pancakes. I was, however, disappointed that the flavors were in the form of toppings rather than being baked-in. In my opinion, that makes a huge difference in the flavor profile. I liked it, and I will go back and try some more pancake flavors - the chocolate strawberry pancakes look worth a try, and the chocolate looks baked-in - but I'm not in a rush. I can wait until the next time I'm craving a bacon, eggs, and hash brown breakfast."

"I’m not sure why this restaurant has such low reviews/ overall ratings. I went today and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. The portion sizes are very reasonable and the perfect healthy portion. My boyfriend and I got the pancake combo with eggs, bacon, and hashbrows. He ordered over medium eggs and they delivered! The yolk was actually runny which NEVER happens at any breakfast establishment. I got egg whites and they were good. We upgraded our pancakes to the pina colada and the banana pudding. It was only a $1.49 up charge which is crazy cheap! The pancakes were indeed fluffy. Both styles were incredible! Not unbearably sweet which is good because most places make them too sweet. We also got the strawberry banana smoothie, it was kind of expensive but it was good. I probably won’t get it again though. I will say that they use too much oil for the bacon and eggs but that’s a minor adjustment. The restaurant is spacious with lots of sitting. The only downside was that the floor was sticky but the rest of the restaurant was clean. Service was great, we had a tall girl with glasses and black hair. She was very sweet, attentive, and helpful! I wish we got her name. Overall, we will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable esp in this economy! Thank you for the good breakfast "

"I had hopes for this place. Been there a few times and every time it’s gets worse. The server Ftrima is terrible, she never comes to the table and check on you. Just sits in the other room looking at you until you’re done eating. Today I had the worst scramble ever and the pancakes were mushy."
