"I got a coffee milk tea with tapioca pearls (it was alright) and we played Hot Seat the card game because they have a shelf with fun games! Very cute with nice decor and the workers were very kind! Maybe if I got a different flavor I would give 5/5"

"I love the options and the service at TeaLatte Bar Frisco. The staff Is pleasant and patient with orders and requests for suggestions. With that said, their customer service goes above and beyond. I could not locate my wallet. I heard a knock at my door and it was someone from Tea Latte, maybe the owner, dropping off my wallet to my house!!! Wow! I am so thankful and appreciative. What a caring gesture. It is true in business, people don’t care how much you know they want to know how much your care. Thank you Tea Latte for caring! See you soon."

"TeaLatte Bar has a great atmosphere, many menu choices, and the drinks are tasty. I ordered their Death Wish latte and a Taro Slush, both tasted excellent. Thank-you Trinity for providing top tier customer service and for making the tastiest drinks I’ve had in the area!"

"For my to-go order, I got the iced Taro milk tea and Warm taro milk tea. Both were thoroughly disappointing considering the place has such a high rating. Water infused with tea and a dash of milk is how I'd describe it. There was also a lot of powdery residue at the bottom of my drink. I wouldn't recommend you get these particular drinks at this place. The positive is that the staff were friendly and the place was clean and well kept."

"Beautiful, cute Hawaiian coffee place. They offer world’s strongest coffee, I didn’t try though. We had mocha, not the way I expected it to be. It could have been better. Their Assam tea was okay but they only had large size which was a big shock. They offer a lot of customizations in teas and coffees including boba additions. We tried cookie & Cream and Dar chocolate donuts and they were quite soft, fresh and delicious."
