"They’re never open “late” (like past 9pm) even though their sites and doors say till 10pm & 24hrs. We were really excited about this location but it’s just been bad. We keep trying to give them a “second chance” and it’s always a mess. THIS TIME we ordered 3 meals through the app and all our food was cold. The drinks were wrong. The chicken sandwich shouldn’t look like this………"
"Ordered food in the app and no one would respond at the window. Drove up to the payment window and I could see many ppl in there but all ignoring the line of cars. Finally got the attention of an employee and he opened the window and told us that they were closed. I showed him that my order was paid for and was just for an ice cream, he said that since it was easy, he would go ahead and just make it real quick. ... asked me to pull around by the front door. Came back out a few minutes later and said that his manager, Julian told him not to do it. Im thinking, why the manager wouldn't stop wiping the glass on the front door down and come and address the situation? He kept sending out a teenager to handle it and when he tried to take care of the situation, Julian says no???!! I was charged in the app!!! No refund was allowed either, was told to come back the following day... smh... classic McDonalds behavior. Several other irate customers gathered outside as well. Julian never addressed anyone."
"They need new people in there that knows what they are doing. Got a nugget kids meal with double fries no apples and Buffalo dipping sauce. The forgot the fries and I had to go back around to order and then on top of that they forgot to put the dipping sauce. The person took the order right but it’s the other people making the orders and bagging the orders. Get it together!"
"The new McDonald's in Oak point, Tx is the worst. My wife went to pick up food and they forget items to our order. The food they did serve tasted old and soggy. The manager on duty for the day shift on 1/28/24 clearly doesn't understand customer service. He was extremely rude when my wife went back up there to address the issues and thus we will never go back to that location again. I recommend you not either."
"Terrible experiences. Stopped in today and went inside to be quick. No one was helping the man already standing at the counter to order, so I used the kiosk. The man waiting at the counter got his food before me, along with 4 other customers that ordered after me. I waited TWENTY minutes for a 10 pc nugget meal and big mac meal. A man came to the counter to ask for salt and pepper. It was 10 minutes before he was helped, at which time he generously pointed them in my direction first. She went back into the kitchen and pulled a ticket off the counter asking if it was mine. It was. Why was the meal set aside? I marked it to-go on the kiosk. It wasn't put in the to-go window/shelving area. Got the food and it was clearly (pictured) put together with no attention to detail. It was soggy and had obviously been made 20 minutes prior when I ordered it. They just never gave it to me. The first time I visited, it was 11:05, and the lunch menu was up - since mcdonald's serves lunch at 11. I was told they "don't serve lunch until 11:30, even though the sign had accidentally been put up 30 minutes early. You'll have to come back at 11:30." They advertise 24 hours, but clearly don't operate 24 hours, either. WHAT is this location doing? If you want people to order from the kiosk, then be attentive. If you don't want someone standing at the front to take orders, then have condiments and salt and pepper out where it can be easier to gain access to, rather than making them wait 10 minutes unaddressed. There's really no excuse for the lack of attention to this store."
