"Just a suggestion, maybe not place the orders in the window when it's cold outside. My order was up next while the person in front of me waited for another item, my food sat there getting cold. I imagine the orders lined up in the window after mine were cold, too."

"Omg I’ve been at work all day I decided not to cook so I stopped by the cross roads location take a bath ready to eat just to find this long tangled up hair in my salad… I have short black hair this is beyond disgusting… I called about 7 times no answer I put the salad back inside the bag I will be at Chick-fil-A door first thing in the am… no to mention my whole order was wrong from the start …. I have a hungry headache I will eat a PJ sandwich for tonight this is really sad.."
