"The girl taking orders at the window today was extremely rude and argumentative. Argued about how I ordered a hamburger happy meal with cheese… told me the menu and her computer both show it as a cheeseburger happy meal not hamburger happy meal… apparently she’s illiterate on top of being extremely rude. And to top it all off the entire order we received was wrong. I will never go back to this location. Customer service here is a joke."

"I was really hoping I could be nicer and give a better review. I even waited over a week before leaving this review. Unfortunately, in less than a 7 day period, I was frustrated twice by the poor performance of the mobile app and the online experience. First, 1 week ago, I attempted to order breakfast on the mobile app. It simply froze up. Even sitting in the McDonald's parking lot, ensuring I had a good signal. I hoped it would clear by the time I got the window, but it did not. I just told the manager to forget about it. Second, a week later, I had a better experience using the mobile app. But then I tried using the survey on the receipt, to let McDonald's corporate know of the first experience. And it would not work! It would appear that Ronald McDonald the clown is running the IT department!"

"Okay so I hate doing this but here we go!!!!!!! People when coming to this McDonalds? CHECK YOUR DAMN FOOD!!!! So today this morning? I get off at 6 am I work graveyard for Sheriff’s dept in Denton!! I am so tired I ordered a number two no egg and add bacon, med orange juice and two pumpkin pies. I get to the window I pay, I press on the gas and stop something told me to check my bag because the customer service was poor!! I don’t have any hash browns with my meal in the bag and I am convinced that the medium orange juice is a small!! I make this same order all the time yawl!!! Smhhhhh so, I back up and told the Spanish woman, she goes and gets me a hash brown and tells me that my orange juice is a medium!!! I drive off, I get home and hungry I start eating my hashbrown and please see the picture last bite this is what I see!!!!! I am completely done Ruth this McDonald’s!! I specifically ask for NO EGG because I believe I am allergic to eggs, and PLEASE SEE THE PICTURE!!!!! What a damn damn horrible morning!! I have the money to pay for a number two meal, but can’t seem to get it! There was 3 cars in drive through!!!! Please don’t go here!! Had to add that I searched my bag for a straw, didn’t get that either !!! SMHHHHHHHH"

"whoever was working 9/4 at 2:20am was very disrespectful and rude, i pull up to order and all he says is the system. WHAT is that supposed to even mean?? I wish i could’ve got his name, i had to ask more than 3 times if he could be more clear but he ignored me, so i pull up to the windows & no one is there to help me understand. The man’s attitude was so disgusting towards me i see why this place doesn’t have more than 3 stars. They need new staff. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous."
